Software Engineering

Job responsibilities:
1.Development of company's internal system, ERP package, AI-based system, accounts system
2.Design related to AI, Cloud, and network engineering
3.Examining specification, design, development, inspection of system
4.Programming and network security design.
5.Analysis and testing for system and software design and simulation.
6.Work experience for system or software development is most preferred.

Job requirements:
1.Having vision/goals in life (such as becoming advanced engineer or leader of innovative team.)
2.Willing to improve through doing work. (not planning getting master or advanced degree in future)
3.Able to work more than 3 years in Japan
4.Major in Electrical engineering, Information technology or software Engineering or related major.
5.Have good/strong communication skills.
6.Willing to learn Japanese and its culture
7.Language: Fluent in English

Electronics/Electrical Engineering

Job responsibilities:
1.Development of control system/embedded system for automobile, medical, and other field of systems
2.Design, development, and testing of Electronic Components (ex: Circuits, Devices, and Control Systems) for automobile/medical equipment.
3.Analysis and testing for system, and software design and simulation.
4.Network design and network security.
5.Software and hardware design for control system of automobile (steering, acceleration, and management system)
6.Design related to AI, cloud, and network engineering.

Job requirements:
1.Having vision/goals in life (such as becoming advanced engineer or leader of innovative team.)
2.Willing to improve through doing work. (not planning getting master or advanced degree in future)
3.Able to work more than 3 years.
4.Major in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or related major.
5.Have good/strong communication skills and be a team player.

7.Language: Fluent in English

Production Engineering

Job responsibilities:
1.Improvement of current equipment/facility aimed at maximizing the productivity and preventing defective products.
2.Promotion of manpower-reduction based on the Toyota production system and manufacturing cost reduction.
3.Work to improve the safety and working environment of production sites in accordance with laws and regulation.
4.Development of production process for the start of mass production.
5.Preparation for production (startup of new equipment, modification of equipment, loss reduction).

Job requirements:

3.Able to work more than 5 years in Japan
4.Major in Mechanical and Production Engineering

Mechanical Engineering

Job responsibilities:
1.Mechanical design for interior parts and automobile parts.
2.Interior parts design and trim design including all necessary parts for car seat and instrument panel.
3.Parts design, mechanical drawing, SE diagram, and formal diagram design.
4.CAE simulation and design development and testing.
5.Quality inspection and commercialization of the product in charge.
6.CATIA skill will be profitable.

3.Able to work more than 5 years in Japan.
